Software Usage: Troubleshooting your workspace

👋 Introduction

This section provides help on using various software tools within your TRE workspaces, and troubleshooting common issues. Project requirements are defined by PIs/ research teams and HIC provide options to build your TRE workspace based on this. If you are unsure what has previously been agreed, speak to your PI and or us. Remember, our HIC Knowledge Base (HKB) is searchable and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, then simply contact HICSupport@dundee.ac.uk
