  • Overview presentation of data visualition - with a focus on what is your sample, the importance of our psychological bias and the distributions/ value of your data. Some good and bad examples of plots and figures discussed

All - very helpful!

  • Discussion on frequency of HUG meetings; monthly is possibly too much but agreed the informal drop in format is valuable, could poll to see if bi-monthly or quarterly would be more appropriate

  • HIC could promote the sessions more, specifically asking PI’s to encourage TRE Users to attend

 Action items

  • HIC to consider format of the HUG; possible collaborative drop-in space with other groups, or attendees winning TRE/ HIC staff time bonus for one-to-one sessions etc.

  • Suggest future HUG topics using this form
