👋 Introduction

HIC has an account management portal which allows you to change your password and configure new multi-factor authenticator Multi-Factor Authenticator (MFA) apps. In the event that your password is lost, it is important that you change your password as quickly as possible. Similarly, if you change your phone, you will need to register a new authenticator app.

The account portal can be accessed at https://auth.hic.dundee.ac.uk/realms/hic-sso/account/ - This will use the same email address and password as when you login to the TRE.
